TAL celebrates 12th foundation day

Thoubal, September 14 2025: Thoubal Apunba Lup (TAL), the apex body of all clubs and Meira Paibi organisations of the district, celebrated its 12th foundation day today at Thoubal Keithel Makha Community Hall.

The celebration was graced by Inner Parliamentary Constituency MP Dr Angomcha Bimol Akoijam as chief guest; Thoubal Assembly Constituency MLA and Ex-CM of Manipur.

Okram Ibobi Singh as functional president; and Khangabok Constituency MLA Okram Surjakumar Singh; TAL advisor Konsam Michael; Khangabok Assembly Constituency Ex-MLA Okram Landhoni Devi; and wife of MP Dr Angomcha Bimol Akoijam, Thounaojam Olivia as guests of honour.

As part of the event, TAL members, advisors and former office bearers were honoured with gifts in recognition for their service to the organisation and community.
