RIMS Imphal secures 2nd rank in Karmayogi Sadhana Saptah 2026

Imphal, April 12 2026:
The Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal, has achieved a significant milestone by securing the second rank among institutes/organisations under the Government of India with a workforce of 1,000 to 2,500 employees.
This recognition came during the "Karmayogi Sadhana Saptah", an event organised by the Capacity Building Commission to commemorate its 5th Foundation Day celebrations, held from April 2 to 8, and extended until April 10 .
The event was hosted on the iGOT Karmayogi portal, a Government of India initiative dedicated to the capacity building of its employees on the concept of "Any time, anywhere Capacity BuildingTraining" .
The platform offers a wide array of courses, ranging from basic office procedures and various Acts/Rules to contemporary subjects like Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security.
The "Karmayogi Sadhana Saptah" aimed to foster healthy competition among Central Government Ministries, Organisations, and Institutions to reward the best performers based on the consumption of pre-selected courses for various levels of officers.
RIMS Imphal was pitted against major institutes like AIIMS, making its second-place achievement particularly noteworthy and a significant boost to the institute's prestige and morale.
The Director of RIMS, Imphal, congratulated the employees on their grand success and urged them to maintain the same enthusiasm and sincerity to achieve further successes in the future.
