Imphal, October 09 2025: The Government has ordered the transfer and posting of 12 IPS and 17 MPS officers.

IGP (Int/NAB) has been given the additional charge to supervise the work of IGP (Z-II) while DIGP (R-II) has been posted as DIGP (AP-I), according to an order issued by Chief Secretary Puneet Kumar Goel in the name of the Governor.

DIGP (AP-I) N Herojit Meetei has been appointed as DIGP (AP-II) while DIGP (R-IV in-charge) P Goulungmuon Singsit has been posted as DIGP (CID/ CB in-charge), NAB, Cyber Crime (to assist IGP Z-II at CCP) .

DIGP (R-I and AP-II) Maharabam Pradip Singh, on the other hand, will now be the DIGP (R-II in addition to in charge of Int) .

Imphal East SP Rakesh Balwal has been appointed as DIGP (R-I and R-III in-charge) .

Ukhrul SP Ningshem Vashum has been given the charge of DIGP (R-IV in charge) while Thoubal SP Shivanand Surve has been appointed as SP Imphal East.

Bishnupur SP Ksh Ravikumar and Kangpokpi SP Manoj Prabhakar have been posted as CO of 6 MR and Thoubal SP respectively.

Special AIG (Legal) Babitarani Swain has been appointed as Ukhrul SP while Churachandpur SP Prakhar Pandey has been appointed as Jiribam SP .
