GC CRPF Imphal holds Tiranga Bike Rally and Patriotic Band Show at Kangla

Group Centre, CRPF, Imphal organised a grand Tiranga Bike Rally and a patriotic band performance in Imphal on Saturday as part of its ongoing outreach programmes ahead of Independence Day.
The Tiranga Bike Rally was flagged off by Rajendra Narayan Dash, Inspector General, Manipur and Nagaland Sector, CRPF, from the Group Centre campus.
As per a release issued by the CRPF, the rally witnessed enthusiastic participation of personnel and family members from nearby CRPF units, who rode through the main streets of Imphal carrying the Tricolour.
The vibrant display of the national flag created an atmosphere of unity, national pride and devotion.
The event was attended by DIGP Group Centre CRPF Imphal Anil Kumar Bhardwaj, DIG Imphal Range H Premjit Meitei, along with other senior officers and dignitaries.
The rally received an overwhelming response from students, youth and citizens of Imphal.
The sight of CRPF jawans and their families proudly carrying the Tiranga inspired the younger generation and infused the city with a strong spirit of patriotism.
The participation reflected the deep emotional bond between the Force and the people, as well as the unwavering commitment of CRPF personnel to uphold the honour of the national flag.
Later, in continuation of the patriotic celebrations, the CRPF Band of GC Imphal presented a grand musical performance at the historic Kangla Fort.
As weekend crowds thronged the iconic heritage site, the melodious and stirring tunes of the band, including patriotic numbers, created an atmosphere of pride and nationalism.
Citizens were seen joining in the patriotic spirit and expressing admiration for the CRPF personnel.
Through the Tiranga Bike Rally and the band performance, GC CRPF Imphal reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the spirit of patriotism, national unity and its bond with the people of Manipur, the release added.
