Website, App of Heingang CD Block launched

Imphal, September 08 2025: The Office of the Block Development Officer (BDO), Heingang CD Block, Luwangsangbam, Imphal East, officially launched its website and web application for Office Management and Digital Services today at the SIRD Conference Hall, 3rd Floor, DC Complex, Imphal East.

The website "www.heingangcdblock.com" was formally launched by Ksh Umananda Singh, Director, RD&PR, Manipur, in the presence of officials and staff of RD&PR as well as Panchayat representatives.

Addressing the gathering, Elangbam Amuthoi Khanganba, BDO, Heingang CD Block, stated that the introduction of the E-Office platform will strengthen service delivery from the block to the Panchayat level, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.

He highlighted that the initiative marks a significant step towards digital governance and efficient office management, thereby reducing reliance on paperbased communication.

He also informed that the system will improve transparency, speed, and accountability in official procedures.

"By the end of September, all official work of the Block will be fully transitioned to the E-Office platform, making the office function in a completely digital and paperless mode", he added.

In the technical session, Lamyanba Waikhom, Extension Officer, Heingang CD Block, shared valuable insights on the technical aspects and utility of the newly launched website and web application.
