Annapurna Group dedicates four RT Wards at Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute

Guwahati, August 07 2025: As part of its unwavering commitment to community welfare and social responsibility, Annapurna Group has graciously contributed to the development of four state-of-the-art Radiotherapy Cabins at Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati.

This heartfelt initiative has been undertaken in the loving memory of the founders, Late Parul Rani Ghosh and Late Gouranga Chandra Ghosh.

"At Annapurna Group, we believe that a true legacy lies in giving back to society.

These radiotherapy facilities are a step towards improving cancer care infrastructure and ensuring better treatment support for patients across the Northeast", said a release issued by Annapurna Group.

Earlier, the Group also donated artificial limbs to those in need, furthering its ongoing commitment to community service and inclusive healthcare.

Speaking at the inaugural function, Subir Ghosh, Managing Director, said, "This contribution is a reflection of our company's core values, empathy, service, and responsibility.

We are honored to collaborate with Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute in their noble mission of saving lives".
