Senapati CSOs hold meeting with Dy CM

Senapati, April 06 2026: Several civil society representatives met Deputy Chief Minister Losii Dikho and MLA Kumo Sha today and discussed several development related matters and preparations for a Cabinet meeting in the district "soon" .

Representatives of the Naga People's Organization (NPO), Senapati District Students Association (SDSA) and Senapati District Women's Association (SDWA) attended the meeting.

The meeting was held in the presence of Administrator of Churachandpur Medical College Prof Dr Gangmei Angam, Chief Medical Officer Dr Percy Sumpi and Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Dr Helen.

It discussed the needs and requirements of the District Hospital, and the public aspiration of instituting a medical college in the district.

The Deputy CM, MLA and the CSO representatives also deliberated on matters related to water, electricity and road connectivity issues in Senapati district.

The meeting also discussed preparations for the CM's likely visit to Senapati district headquarters for a Cabinet meeting "soon" .
