NPF congratulates Alfred Kanngam S Arthur

Naga People's Front, Manipur State Unit (NPF/MSU) has congratulated Alfred Kanngam S Arthur, the INC candidate on his success in the 18th Lok Sabha election from the Outer Manipur parliamentary constituency, and hoped that he will work for the welfare of all communities in Manipur.
In a release, NPF Manipur president Awangbow Newmai stated that NPF/MSU contested the 18th Lok Sabha Election 2024, by fielding Kachui Timothy Zimik in Outer Manipur parliamentary constituency.
The unit would not have made this far without the support of all the party men and well-wishers, he continued, while adding that NPF/MSU carried the burden and pain of all their alliance party men and supporters.
Awangbow appreciated the unwavering support extended by chief minister N Biren Singh and other BJP legislators, all rank and file of BJP and its karyakarta, Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio and his legislators, BJP of Nagaland, all rank and file of NPP and their legislators and all rank and file of NPF Central leaders.
He further thanked UNC leaders and its federating units, Naga Women Union, ANSAM, all pastors who have prayed for them in all times, the electors of the II-Outer Manipur Parliamentary constituency who have stood their ground casting their valuable votes for NPF and appreciated Kachui Timothy Zimik and his family members for putting in their best effort.
"Though, we could not succeed this time, let's stand together and march forward," he said, adding that NPF will not compromise in any manner of distortion while protecting the indigenous people and rich Naga cultural heritage, tradition, and political rights of the people which have been passed on to them for future generation.
