COHSEM declares Class XI results

Imphal, April 25 2026: The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM) officially announced the results for the Class XI Examination 2026, marking a historic shift as the Council took over the declaration process previously handled by individual schools.

This year's examination saw a total of 32,476 students appearing for the boards across the State.

Out of these, 30,340 students successfully cleared the exams, resulting in an impressive overall pass percentage of 93.42%.The results were formally released during a press conference held at the COHSEM office hall in Babupara.

The event was attended by key education officials who oversaw the smooth conduct of the examinations, including Takhellambam Ojit, Chairman of COHSEM; Khundrakpam Ashikumar, Secretary of COHSEM; and Oinam Joy Singh, Controller of Examinations.

In previous years, Class XI results were typically declared by the respective schools themselves.

However, starting from this 2026 academic session, COHSEM has centralized the process, with the Council officially declaring the results for all affiliated institutions.

Students can check results and download provisional marksheets at "cohsem.nic.in" .
