CCpur, November 24 2024: The Assam Rifles celebrated the 76th National Cadet Corps (NCC) Day at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Tuinom village, showcasing its dedication to fostering patriotism, leadership, and social responsibility among the youth.

The event featured enthusiastic participation from students who performed synchronized drills to the inspiring band tunes of the Assam Rifles, said a release issued by IGAR (S) .

Highlights of the celebration included the NCC song and a motivational lecture aimed at encouraging cadets to embrace discipline, leadership, and patriotism in their lives.

IGAR continued that the NCC Day commemorates the establishment of the National Cadet Corps and serves as a vital platform for instilling values of teamwork, self-confidence, and social responsibility in the younger generation.

It prepares cadets to contribute meaningfully to the nation's development and inspires them to take on future leadership roles.

Through such initiatives, the Assam Rifles continues to nurture responsible citizens and instill a sense of unity and dedication, contributing to the growth of a patriotic and resilient society, added the IGAR (S) .
