BSF organises medical camp under Civic Action Programme

Bishnupur, January 22 2025: The 10th Battalion of the Border Security Force (BSF), under its Civic Action Programme, organized a medical camp at Mangolnganbi College Relief Camp to support Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) affected by the ethnic violence of May 2023 .

The event saw participation from 200 individuals, with 150 receiving free medical checkups and medicines.

The Officiating Commandant of 10 Bn BSF and KH Minakshi Devi, a medical officer from Bishnupur District Hospital, were present alongside BSF medical staff and troops.

The camp offered a comprehensive range of services, including medical checkups and distribution of free medicines.

At the event, essential items were also sold through the KPKB canteen at discounted rates.

The camp successfully addressed healthcare needs, strengthened community trust, and reaffirmed BSF's commitment to public welfare.
