Imphal, February 20 2025: The Manipur State Council, Communist Party of India (MSC/CPI) has expressed profound sorrow and condolence over the untimely demise of Advocate Heikham Premkrishna Singh, former secretary of Civil Liberty And Human Rights Organisation.

Advocate Heikham Premkrishna passed away on February 17, 2025, due to an illness, said a release issued by MSC/CPI.

In his honour, a solemn event was held at the Irawat Bhawan on Thursday, organised by the Legal Cell Department of MSC/CPI .

It was attended by All Manipur Nupi Marup secretary L Sumatibala, Th Nandakishwar Singh, Advocate Angouthouba, Advocate N Bino Devi, Advocate S Memsana Devi and members of MSC/CPI.

The gathering remembered the numerous contributions made by Advocate Heikham Premkrishna and shared the grief & pain of the bereaved families.

The gathering also observed two minutes of silence to pray for the departed soul to rest in peace.
