DTO Senapati organises awareness campaign on National Road Safety Month

Senapati, January 20 2025: In commemoration of the 36th National Road Safety Month, 2025, the District Transport Office, Senapati organised an awareness campaign under the theme, "Parvaah (Care)" at Khabung Karong today.

The program was held in collaboration with the District Administration and Karong Senapati Town Committee (KSTC).

The highlights of the programme was a sticker campaign on Road Safety, spreading the message of "Safety first and Belt on, Phone off, make it a habit," etc.

The sticker campaign was also conducted at Senapati bazar along with the members of Town Committee.

Joseph Sangkhil, DTO, Senapati while addressing the media stated that the sticker campaign was launched today at Senapati in connection with the observation of the Road Safety Month, 2025 in the presence of the Karong Senapati Town Committee.

The next event has been scheduled with a quiz competition for the school children of the district relating to the observation of National Road Safety Month, 2025 .
