KHOLSHLAM celebrates 15th Foundation Day

Thoubal, April 17 2025: Khorilol Loinasillon Lamjing Lup (KHOLSILLAM), Khangabok celebrated its 15th foundation day today at United Youth Club ground located at Khangabok Pt II Maisnam Leikai.

It was attended by KHOLSILLAM president, Moirangthem Mohon Singh as functional president and KVK Andro retd Deputy Director, Dr Kh Akoisana Singh, Khorilal Sandok Lup Wangjing president, Tongbram Babulal Singh, Wisdom Foundation Khangabok, founder and principal, Laishram Sobha Singh and New Public" Higher Secondary School Khangabok, founder member Saikhom Gopal as special guests.

The celebration commenced by observing a two-minute silence to pay respect to those who had lost their lives during the ongoing conflict in the State since May 3, 2023.As part of the event, the former founding members of KHOLSILLAM were honoured by presenting a traditional shawl.

Certificates of appreciation were also handed to writers and artists of Khongjom area including those who have excelled at various trades.

Later, a poetry recitation event moderated by renowned poet Nahakpam Beeren Singh was also held as part of the foundation day celebration.
