Imphal, December 16 2024: Students of COMET Coaching Centre who successfully cleared NEET 2024 were felicitated in a function held at Classic Grande, Chingmeirong on Sunday.

Altogether, 177 students of COMET Coaching Centre were honoured with simple gifts during the programme.

Speaking on the occasion, Irom Umakanta, managing director of COMET Coaching Centre, said that since its inception in 2004, staff and management of the coaching centre have been working tirelessly to produce meritorious students who can succeed in the medical and engineering field.

"So far, 1903 students from COMET Coaching centre have cleared All India PMT, NEIGRIHMS Shillong entrance examination, NEET-UG and erstwhile State PMT", he added.

He also asserted that seats have been reserved for internally displaced students at COMET Coaching Centre and COMET School to ensure their education is not interrupted despite the prevailing situation of Manipur.

Furthermore, Umakanta appealed to the students especially those staying in relief camps to avail the benefits provided by COMET School and COMET Coaching Centre.
