DC Kangpokpi chairs preparatory district-level committee meeting

Kangpokpi, September 15 2026: Deputy Commissioner of Kangpokpi, Hemant Kumar chaired a preparatory districtlevel committee meeting at the DC Complex conference hall to plan for the upcoming 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan'.

It is scheduled to run from September 17 to October 17, the nationwide campaign focusing on three core themes: Seva (Service), Sushasan (Good Governance), and Antyodaya (Welfare of the last person).

Briefing the house on the core vision of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, Deputy Commissioner Hemant Kumar outlined the implementation roadmap for the district.

He stressed that strong cross-departmental coordination is paramount to achieving full coverage and ensuring welfare services reach the most marginalized citizens.

To maintain efficient alignment, line departments were instructed to nominate departmental nodal officers who will work in close coordination with the campaign's central District Nodal Officer, Shri Samuel Misso.

The month-long campaign will deploy an active slate of field programs designed to build strong public momentum.

Key activities include field visits to Anganwadi centers, engagement sessions with AWWs and ASHA workers, recognition of frontline workers, and the documentation of impact stories from beneficiaries.

Public participation will be further mobilized through grassroots events, including community rallies, foot marches, and bike awareness drives across the district.
