Imphal, November 01 2025: The 20th Foundation Day of Critics Forum Manipur (CFM) was observed at Manipur Dramatic Union (MDU) Hall in Yaiskul Police Lane today.

The event also marked the end of the year-long celebration of "100 years of Manipuri Drama" .

The event was graced by dignitaries, including Thokchom Satyabrata, Speaker, Manipur Legislative Assembly; Dr Nongthombam Premchand, president, CFM; and renowned playwright & director Niladhaja Khuman.

Niladhaja Khuman delivered a lecture on the topic, "My Life in the Art of Theatre", Prominent artists who were recently conferred awards were also felicitated.

Artists of People's Arts & Dramatic Association also presented a drama titled "Nara Shingh: Awa-Ngamba" .
