Imphal, October 31 2024: Lamlai police station has said three Kuki individuals involved in drug cases are at large.

Lamlai police station, in a statement today, said that Onlum Kuki, s/o Seikho of Sang Village in Kangpokpi, Yamlun Kuki of B Khayang Village in Kangpokpi and Samlel Kuki alias Shumlal Kipgen, s/o Yamlun of B Gamnom Village in Senapati have committed (or suspected to have committed) an offence punishable under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Saying that the Special Court of NDPS, Fast Track Court, Manipur had issued three different proclamations to produce them before the Courts of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kangpokpi and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Senapati at 11 am on April 22, 2024, the police added that they have absconded.
