District Administration Senapati inspects schools across district

Senapati, March 28 2025: The Officials of District Administration of Senapati along with SDOs of the district inspected various schools under Zonal Education Office, Senapati and Autonomous District Council, Senapati.

The school's inspection was carried out to check out the functioning of schools, implementation of PM Poshan Maah (Mid-day meal), school's infrastructures and other activities.

The District Administration officials will further go for more inspection in the days to come.

During the inspection, the officials from District Administration and respective Sub-Divisional Officers also had an active interaction with the schools teachers and School's Managing Board.

Various grievances and complaints were also made by the school authorities on poor infrastructures, electrifications, poor drinking water facilities, sanitations, playground, cooks not receiving their remuneration, etc to the inspection teams.

The inspection teams also found some schools functioning very well despite some schools not having basic amenities.

Some schools are also found to be without teachers and students whereas most of the schools were found functioning only with substitute teachers.
