CRPF inaugurates 10-bedded hospital at Bishnupur

Bishnupur, January 19 2025: A 10-bedded unit hospital at 8th Battalion CRPF, located at the DC Complex Mini Secretariat, Bishnupur was inaugurated today by Chandrashekhar, Commandant 8Bn CRPF.

The event witnessed the esteemed presence of unit officers, officials from the Deputy Commissioner's office, and local dignitaries.

The hospital, established with modem facilities and equipment aims to provide essential medical services not only to the personnel of the 8 Battalion, but also to the civil population of Bishnupur and its surrounding areas.

Speaking at the event, Commandant Chandrashekhar emphasized the importance of accessible healthcare in enhancing the overall well-being of Jawans and the public.

He reiterated the CRPFs dedication to contributing to the welfare of the region beyond its primary mandate of maintaining security.

The hospital is expected to serve as a vital healthcare facility for emergencies and routine medical care, offering timely assistance to those in need.

The inauguration marks another significant step in 8 Bn CRPF's efforts to build a stronger bond with the local community and contribute positively to their welfare.
