NCC Group Commander visits annual training camp at Khuman Lampak

Imphal, June 17 2026: Brigadier Vikrant Kulkarni Narsinha, Group Commander, NCC Group Headquarters Imphal, paid an inspiring visit to the ongoing National Cadet Corps Annual Training Camp at Youth & Sports Affairs, Khuman Lampak, today.

The visit aimed to motivate cadets and review the training and leadership activities being conducted.

On arrival, the Group Commander was warmly received by Major Bigyanchandra Rajkumar, Camp Commandant, along with NCC officers, PI Staff, and cadets.

The visit commenced with a ceremonial guard of honour presented by the cadets, followed by a detailed briefing on the camp's objectives, daily training schedule, and cadets' achievements.

Addressing the cadets, Brigadier Narsinha lauded their discipline, enthusiasm, and commitment to NCC ideals.

He stressed the importance of youth participation in nationbuilding and urged cadets to uphold the values of unity, leadership, and service.

He also interacted with instructors and officials and inspected ongoing training activities, expressing appreciation for the camp's efforts in fostering leadership qualities and physical fitness among students.

The programme concluded with the NCC Song and the National Anthem.
