Imphal, February 15 2025: A month-long workshop cum production on "Khubak Eshei" organised by Manipuri Jagoi Marup concluded today at Lamboikhongnangkhong.

The workshop cum production was conducted under the sponsorship of the CMAT Scheme, Department of Art & Culture, Government of Manipur.

The valedictory function was attended by Art and Culture, Deputy Director, G Dharmadash Sharma; Manipuri Jagoi Marup vice president, L Brajamohon Singh and JN Manipur Dance Academy Imphal, retired Guru L Bino Devi as presidium members.

At the event, Manipuri Jagoi Marup vice president Loitongbam Brajamohon elaborated on the need to teach traditional art forms of Manipur to the present generation.

He also called for collective effort to promote & preserve the culture and traditional arts forms of Manipur.
