Nagaland Governor, Gaikhangam to be Chief Guests at AZSU Golden Jubilee Celebration

Hectic preparations are on to celebrate the Rani Gaidinliu Birth Centenary cum Golden Jubilee of All Zeliangrong Students' Union (AZSU) of Assam, Manipur and Nagaland at Thanagong village of Khoupum Valley in Tamenglong District.
The celebration involving three States is scheduled to be held from December 15 to 18 under the theme "Honouring Our Past, Building Our Future" .
PB Acharya, Governor of Nagaland and Assam and Gaikhangam, Deputy Chief Minister of Manipur will grace as Chief Guests on December 16 and 17 respectively.
Z Kikhonbou Newmai, Vice Chairman Hill Area Committee and Janghemlung Panmei, MLA 53-Tamenglong ST/AC will grace as Guests of Honour on the last day.
PB Acharya, Governor of Nagaland and Assam will also unveil a monolith and he will release a souvenir during the celebration of Rani Gaidinliu Birth Centenary and Golden Jubilee celebration of AZSU (AMN) on December 16 .
Namsinrei Panmei, Chairman ADC Tamenglong; Pr Guisinang Vice Chairman ADC Tamenglong; Ramning Pame, Member ADC Tamenglong; Tuntanbou, EM ADC Tamenglong; Zino Kamson, Member ADC Tamenglong; Armstrong Pame, IAS, Jt Secretary TD and Hills; Joseph Pauline, IAS, CEO ADC and AMD Tamenglong; Kajaigai, MCS, SDO Nungba; Kachamthai Gangmei, MCS SDO/BDOTamei; Shanti Kumar, SDO Tamenglong will grace as the Special Guests.
Traditional drum beating, choreography, golden queen contest, cultural dances, traditional sports, special music will be some of the extravaganzas during the event.
