Meeting stresses flawless entry of IDPs' data

Imphal, June 13 2025: A joint meeting of officials of Bishnupur district administration, camp nodal officers and committee members of all relief camps in the district held on Friday at the Mini Secretariat Complex PRC Hall stressed the need for uploading data of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) on the portal https://manageidp.in/.

Speaking on the occasion, a district administration official highlighted the significance of the initiative, pointing out that linking IDP details with Aadhaar would enable efficient delivery of government benefits and prioritisation in future welfare schemes.

The official also urged all stakeholders to ensure accuracy in data entry, fore-warning that discrepancies could hamper the effective implementation of relief and rehabilitation programmes.

Pledging commitment of the district administration in providing technical support to the optimum and emphasising on completing the data linkage process by June 20, the official also assured to prioritise livelihood initia-tives aimed at sustainable living for displaced families, educational facilities for students, and sports activities for the youth.

During the meeting, the district administration officials interacted with camp nodal officers, addressed their grievances, and assured them of all possible assistance.
