42nd BJP Foundation Day : Cleanliness drive held, PMJAY health card distributed

Thoubal/Moirang, April 12 2022: BJP Wangjing Tentha Mandal conducted a cleanliness drive at mega tourist centre in Kheba foothills of Khongjom today as a part of 42nd foundation day of BJP.

The cleanliness drive was attended by BJP state president A Sarda, Wangjing Tentha AC MLA Paonam Brojen and various BJP leaders.

Speaking to media on the sideline of the event, A Sarda said BJP State Unit has been conducted various programmes that will benefit the people directly since April 6 in connection to the 42nd foundation day of BJP.

The cleanliness drive at Kheba foothills, the site where our forefathers gave their lives fighting for our land, was part of the series of programmes, she added.

A Sarda also informed that BJP State Unit has taken up various works for the welfare of the people in connection to the 42nd foundation day of the party including construction of homes under PMAY, providing medical needs under Ayushman Bharat and cleanliness drives under Swachh Bharat Mission.

BJP Kumbi Mandal also distributed health cards under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) at Torbung Community Hall for Torbung GP under the supervision of Kumbi AC MLA S Premchandra as a part of 42nd foundation day of BJP.

The programme was also attended by Kumbi AC MLA S Premchandra; Ch Sanahanbi, pradhan, Torbung GP; Thokchom Sharatchandra, co-convenor, BJP Manipur Medical Cell; Kh Lakshman, vice president, BJP Bishnupur District Committee and BJP Kumbi Mandal president S Angousana.
