YSCU, others reach out to Tronglaobi firing victims

Imphal, April 10 2026:
The Young Socio-Cultural Union (YSCU), alongside other organisations from Wahengbam Leikai, has expressed profound concern and solidarity with the individuals currently receiving treatment following a recent firing incident at Tronglaobi.
Members of the organisations conducted a joint humanitarian visit today, calling upon those receiving medical care at RIMS and Raj Medicity.
The teams extended support and conveyed their concern for the well-being of the victims affected by the incident involving CRPF personnel.
Describing their contribution as modest, the organisations emphasised that the gesture reflects their sincere compassion and collective responsibility toward those impacted by the unfortunate event.
They also offered prayers for the swift and complete recovery of all the injured.
The organisations further urged the relevant authorities to handle the situation with sensitivity, ensure accountability, and take appropriate steps to deliver justice.
Highlighting the importance of unity during challenging times, the organisations called upon the public to stand together in empathy and reinforce the shared values of peace, dignity, and humanity.
