IMSCOM, UPF appeal all to participate in Ching Tam Ningol Chakkouba

Inviting all women belonging to different communities in the State, the Indigenous Minority Socio-Cultural Organisation Manipur (IMSCOM), in association with United Peoples' Front (UPF), has announced that it will be celebrating Ching-Tam Ningol Chakkouba on November 9 at Sana Konung, Palace Compound.
Speaking to a team of media persons at UPF's office at Keishamthong Nambul Mapal, Laishom Leirak Machin, today, IMSCOM president Momsokam Bapui informed that the event will be graced by titular king Leishemba Sanajaoba as chief guest.
He said that the Ching-Tam Ningol Chakkouba celebration is organised to strengthen the sister-brother bond and the hill-valley relationship as well, with participation of women from different communities and people from different caste and religion.
Meanwhile, UPF president Warepam Second conveyed that the event will be organised for all the communities residing in the State, to cherish the age old bond of love between a brother and a sister.
He maintained that organising the day for the Ningols is necessary to uplift the women as well as to strengthen the integrity between the hill and the valley and further appealed to all the people belonging to different communities in the State to come and enjoy the celebration.
