COHSEM to issue HSE, Class XI examination forms from Oct 13

Imphal, October 06 2025: The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM) has notified all the Heads of the institution that the examination forms for the ensuing Class XI and Higher Secondary (Class XII) Examinations, 2026 will be issued from October 13, 2025 onwards, on payment of Rs 180 per form on all working days between 10 am to 4 pm .

In a release, COHSEM urged all the concerned Heads of the Institution and private candidates to collect the examination form(s) by themselves or by sending an authorized person of the institution and submit the same after proper completion along with necessary fees and other relevant documents.

For Class XI examination, the last date for submission of form without fine is November 4, 2025; with a fine of Rs 600 per candidate is November 14, 2025; and with a fine of Rs 840 per candidate is November 21, 2025 .

For Class XII examination, the last date for submission of form without fine is November 5, 2025; with a fine of Rs 600 per candidate is November 17, 2025; and with a fine of Rs 840 per candidate is November 24, 2025 .

Further, the Registration Certificate along with the Statement for Registration, Enrolment Statement for Classes XI and XII for the academic session, 2025-2026 may be collected from the office of the Secretary, COHSEM by the concerned Heads of Institution or by sending an authorized person with effect from October 13, 2025 .
