Cong Govt has failed : Bhabananda ; BJP questions legitimacy of Ibobi Government

Imphal, January 24 2017: Asserting that the incumbent Government is bereft of political will and has failed miserably in public administration, BJP Manipur Pradesh president Ksh Bhabananda has asked whether it's not time for the Congress Government to resign.

Speaking at a political rally held at Wabagai Keirak Keithel ground today under the aegis of BJP Kakching District, Bhabananda said that the Congress Government should stop blaming BJP when it cannot resolve the issue of economic blockade.

Saying that the Chief Minister has said or done nothing regarding the economic blockade, Bhabananda asked whether he is ruling the State or not.

BJP questions legitimacy of Ibobi Government

More and more people now abhor the irresponsible Congress Government and they have no right to continue in office.

BJP is fully confident that it would score landslide victories in all the five States which would be going to polls in the next couple of months.

Massive participation in BJP's election rallies is clear indication that more and more people now believe that there would be a BJP Government in the State.

The recent recruitment drives were not about giving jobs.

They were more about purchasing jobs, Bhabananda decried.

The incumbent Congress Government is Government of businessmen and they are not ruling the State.

Bhabananda then appealed to the people to take money from Congress and vote for BJP.

None of the Ministers of Prime Minister Narendra Modi have been tainted with corruption even though they have completed two years and a half in office.

If such a clean Government should be installed in Manipur, BJP must be elected to power.

BJP National spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said he was convinced by today's huge gathering that Congress would be uprooted from Manipur.

India has seen great changes since BJP came to power at the Centre.

Development of India cannot be complete without Manipur and there would be rapid development in the State if there is a BJP Government, Shahnawaz said.

BJP North East zonal organising secretary Ajay Jamwal, BJP Manipur in-charge Prahlad Singh Patel, BJP Kakching district in-charge and State unit vice-president AR Khan and BJP candidates Dr Usham Deben, Dr Y Radheshyam and Yuman Jiban also spoke at the political rally.
