NPP to organise internship Programme

Imphal, April 17 2025: An internship programme named "Manipur Young Professional Internship Programme" is being organised by NPP Manipur unit on the theme "Let's stand together to save our motherland, Manipur" .

Speaking to media persons at their Naoremthong office today, NPP Manipur unit president Y Joykumar said that the internship programme is aimed at bringing development and economic growth in Manipur.

NPP general secretary (IT and Frontal Organisation) L Jayananda said that the internship programme would provide a platform to interested youth to analyse whether there is good governance in Manipur and how well are the schemes launched by the Central Government implemented in Manipur.

He said that 14 youths would be selected for the first batch of the three-month internship programme and they would be given Rs 5000 each per month.

He claimed that the programme would help the youth in pursuing their careers.

Even though the internship programme is being organised by NPP, Mayol would manage it independently, Jayananda added.
