Expressing concern that Manipur is becoming more like a State without proper leadership, he appealed to the people to work together to transform Manipur into a vibrant society.
Roshan, the MSF president, emphasized that the youths have a crucial role to play in making Manipur a drug-free State.
He warned that the State would face an uncertain future if the drug issue remains unresolved.
Pointing out that several drug manufacturing units have emerged in Manipur, he argued that merely destroying poppy plants with sticks will not solve the drug problem.
