Imphal, October 29 2025: The All Manipur Gorkha Students' Union (AMGSU), Kanglatongbi Unit (NA Band), successfully concluded a two-day excursion to the picturesque Dzuko valley from October 26 to 27, 2025 .

The trip was organised under the leadership of the Union's Cultural Wing with the guidance and support of the AMGSU Central Committee.

The AMGSU in a release stated that the excursion formed part of this year's Tihar festival celebration, during which the Union organised a traditional Deusi-Bhailo cultural programme to promote and preserve the rich Gorkha heritage and traditions.

Following the festivities, the same cultural team embarked on the long-awaited journey to Dzuko valley - the world-renowned natural wonder located along the border of Manipur and Nagaland.

The expedition was jointly led by Janak Paudyal and Nitesh Dabadi from the AMGSU Central Committee.

The delegation comprised prominent members including Homnath Chapagain, Rajkumar Rijal, Sudip Thapa, Santosh Adhikari, Arbin Chapagain, Ashish Bista, Pushkar Dahal, Nitin Niroula, Bikash Thapa, Niran Thapa, Suraj Poudel, and Robin Koirala, among others.
