6-day long assembly of drone techniques boot camp organised

Imphal, June 28 2025:
The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), Imphal, in collaboration with Manipur Seva Samiti, Konjeng Leikai, organised a 6-day long "Assembly of Drone Techniques Bootcamp" at its campus at Akampat.
A total of 30 students from Kamakhya Pemton College, Biramangol College, Oriental College, Liberal College, Manipur College, and other nearby colleges participated in the training programme.
Manipur Seva Samiti (MSS) president Dr Chingtham Chandramani Singh, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Manipur State Joint organising secretary (Sah Prant Pracharak) Binanda Khundrakpam, and NIELIT Imphal Scientist-E & Academic Head Dr Angom Buboo Singh attended the concluding ceremony of the camp as dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Chandramani stated that in the present scientific age, drones play a significant role, and to bring about progress in the society, it is essential to harness such technologies.
He emphasized that every member of the society must contribute positively to its development and work together with unity and commitment.
Dr Chandramani also highlighted that to build a prosperous and capable society, each individual must fulfil their responsibilities with dedication and hard work.
Certificates were distributed to the participants.
