Imphal, June 26 2025: Dr Pangeijam Bijaya Devi, Subject Matter Specialist (Horticulture) at KVK Utlou, Bishnupur has been conferred with the "Best KVK Professional Award" for the year 2024-25 .

The award was presented to Dr Pangeijam Bijaya Devi during the 9th Foundation Day celebration of ICAR Agricultural Technology Research Institute (ATARI), Zone VII, held at Umiam in Meghalaya.

The award was bestowed in recognition of Dr P Bijaya Devi's dedication and contribution to the farming community, particularly in empowering and supporting farmers in Bishnupur district.

Her outstanding commitment to agricultural innovation and service delivery has made a significant impact on the local farming sector.
