Aakash Digital launched at KTL School, Ukhrul

Ukhrul, May 20 2025: The Addl Director General of Police, Manipur Dr IK Muivah on Monday launched the Aakash Digital Integrated Programme, Medical & ITT-JEE foundation at KTL Excel Hr Secondary School, Phungreitang, Ukhrul.

The smart learning set up was unveiled by Addl DGP, IK Muivah in the presence of former Mr Rubaru, Songashim Rungsung, ZEO, Thaimei Badan, CSOs leaders, principal and parents.

Speaking at the occasion, Yarmi Kashung, the principal of KTL Excel school gave a brief mission outline on the collaboration programme of Aakash Digital & KTL.

He stated that a separate director, Dr Krishnapur was appointed to look after the Aakash Digital Integrated programme for ensuring the best services for the students willing to study for technical education as careers.

He also introduced the members of the Board of Directors to the parents and students.

The chief guest, IK Muivah on seeing the infrastructure and its installed smart class room, which is handled by dedicated teachers, expressed his optimism that this facility centre will have a significant impact in education and hopeful that many students will get the benefit in getting opportunity for admission in medical and engineering.
