Entrepreneurship training programme on plastic bag making concludes at Heirok

Heirok, March 20 2026: A 10-day Entrepreneurship Development Programme on Plastic Bag Malting was successfully concluded on March 18 at Heirok Part III Tourangbam Leikai Community Hall.

The training programme, which commenced on March 9, was organised and sponsored by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of Manipur, with the aim of promoting self-employment and skill development among residents.

The closing function was attended by Kengoo Zuringla, Secretary of the Department of Science & Technology, Govt of Manipur; Chingakham Shachi, Director of Science & Technology, Manipur; Moirangthem Inunganbi Chanu, Secretary of Ningol Club; and Thokchom Premabati, president of Apunbagi Thouna Village Level Federation (VLF) as presidium members.
