Imphal, June 05 2025: An order passed by an executing Court which directed one Vinod Sharma and his family to vacate the premises of Shree Shree Radha Krishna Temple, Thakurbari, Paona Bazar within two months has been stayed by the High Court of Manipur.

Challenging the order passed on May 14, 2025, a revision petition was filed before the High Court of Manipur and a stay order was obtained on May 27, 2025, claimed Vinod Kumar Sharma.

Vinod Sharma went on to claim that he is the judicially recognised Shevait of the deity of Shree Shree Radha Krishna Mandir, Thakurbari.

He also claimed that there is no such committee called Shree Shree Radha Krishna Mandir Working Committee at Paona Bazar, Imphal.
