Govt effects major bureaucratic reshuffle

Imphal, November 03 2015: Five IAS and 69 MFS officers have been shifted to different departments as part of a major bureaucratic reshuffle effected by the Government of Manipur.

The order issued by the Governor of Manipur dated October 31 last has posted IAS officer Shambu Singh as the new Principal Secretary (Forest & Environment) on his return from Central deputation.

Dr Suresh Babu has been relieved of 'Health' and has now been posted as Principal Secretary in-charge of Finance and Home.

BB Sharma who has been Commissioner, Adult Education has been given additional charge of General Administrative Department (GAD).

PK Singh has been posted as Commissioner DP/Health&FW/IT on his return from Central deputation while Arun Kumar Sinha has been given the post of Commissioner (CADA) on his return from deputation at the Centre.

MFS officer Rinita Keisham has now been posted as Deputy Director Budget while Sandhyarani Ninghthoujam who was DFA (Forest) has now been given additional charge as OSD (Finance) and JNIMS.

Haotinkhup Haokip who was DFA/IFCD and FO (Co-op/Fishery) has been relieved from the post of FO (Co-op/Fishery) .

Other MFS officers who have been assigned different posts include Ranendra Nandeibam.

He has been posted as Treasury Officer, Chandel from being the Assistant Commissioner of Taxes.

Md Ziaur Rahman has been posted as DFA (C&l); S Geetmala Devi as Assistant Director, LFA in her Grad pay & SRO/Planning and FO/MDS in addition.

Thangbiaklian has been posted as DFA (Police) and relieved of AFA/MI while I Mangi Singh has been given in-charge Finance Advisor (PWD) .

Md Siraj Ahamed (L) has been transferred from FO/ Sadar Hills ADC & STO/Kangpokpi to Treasury Officer, Tamenglong.

H Birendra Singh is now DFA (Horticulture and SC).

Dr L Sanjitkumar is now Finance Officer, Police Department.

Mayophy Kashung Shimray has been moved from being FO (Horti/Agri) to Finance Officer (Horti).

Bobby Singh Moirangthem is now AFA (Power) & OSD (Finance) of MSPDCL while Miranda Rajkumari who was ARO(FD) & SPO (SS) will now be ARO(FD) only.

Haorongbam Oma Devi who was holding the post of Finance Officer (Sericulture) and FO/SLNA in addition will now be ATO, Lamphel while Y Indrakumar Singh who was the Supdt of Taxes will now be ARO /Finance.

Th Samson Meetei who was Budget Analyst and ARO/Finance will now be only Budget Analyst while W Serto who was STO, Moreh has been posted as Finance Controller of SSA.

M Agang Kabui who was FO/CAF&PD & IAO/CAF&PD will now be only FO/CAF&PD .

Ksh Shivakanta Singh on completion of his training will now be the Saving Promotion Officer, Small Savings Department & OSD (Finance)/MSPCL in addition.
