Blossom School celebrates 20th Kindergarten Graduation

Imphal, February 01 2026: The Blossom School held its 20th Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony today with great enthusiasm and solemnity, marking a significant occasion in the institution's academic calendar.

The event celebrated both academic achievements and the transition of young learners to formal schooling.

The ceremony's highlight was the conferring of mock graduation certificates to children who successfully completed their Kindergarten course during the 2025 academic session.

Dressed in graduation attire and beaming with confidence, the young graduates captivated the audience as they received their certificates, symbolizing the successful completion of a foundational stage in their educational journey.

A major attraction of the programme was the presentation of the school's prestigious Irom Chhatrajit Singh Academic Excellence Award.

The award, which includes a citation, a trophy, and a cash prize of Rs 40,000, was given to Loitongbam Ritchie, the school topper in the HSLC Examination, 2025, in recognition of outstanding academic performance (CGPA 9.83).Additionally, the school felicitated class toppers, 100% attendance achievers, SOF medallists who qualified for Level-2, and outstanding sportspersons, acknowledging their hard work and excellence in academics and co-curricular activities.

The event also featured captivating solo performances, including Thang-Ta and dance by students, and music by the school's student band.

A rendition of Eric Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight" by the Class IX band particularly mesmerized the audience.

The Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony is a tradition unique to Blossom School.

Usually observed in the last week of December every year, the event was rescheduled this time owing to the celebration of the school's Silver Jubilee in November last year.

The core objective is to celebrate the successful completion of early childhood education and formally usher children into a structured learning environment.

The ceremony was graced by Leitanthem Ibomcha Singh, advisor to the Blossom School Management Committee, as the chief guest, and Kumam Shantikumar Singh, Headmaster- of the Blossom School, as the president.
