CWPFM holds general body meeting

Imphal, May 30 2025: The Cine Writers & Playwright Forum Manipur (CWPFM) convened a general body meeting on Friday at the auditorium of MSFDS, Palace Gate.

The meeting was graced by CWPFM founder member Birendra Salam, patron member Yaiskul Khwairakpa, founder member Aribam Shivdash Sharma, president Manaobi MM and script writer Moirangthem Inao as presidium members.

During the meeting, the gathering observed one minute silence to pay respect to the deceased life members of CWPFM namely Chana Lukhoi, Yumnam Rupachandra Gosh, NS Singh, Hiyang Deben, Dinesh Tongbram and RK Tamphasana Devi.

The meeting also elected new office bearers of CWPFM including Manaobi MM (president), Kshetrimayum Subadhani Devi (vice president) and Binoranjan Oinam (general secretary) .
