Jiribam fish farmers' association constituted

Jiribam, August 28 2024: With the goal of generating self-employment through the occupation of fish-farming, the All Jiribam United Fish Farmers Association (AJUFFA) was constituted today at Jiri News Network (JNN) conference hall at Babupara today.

The meeting was presided over by Chongtham Chaobal Singh and fish-farmers from different corners of Jiribam district were in attendance.

During the meeting, a 13-member executive body along with four advisors were appointed for AJUFFA.

Notably, M Bhupen Singh was appointed as the president; H.Premchand Singh and K Anand Kr Singh as vice-presidents and Ng Brojen Singh as general secretary.

Additionally, the four advisors appointed are Ch Chaobal Singh, Y Mani Singh, Oinam Ibochou and M Romeo Singh.

The newly appointed members will serve for a term of three years.
