MSKA invites artworks for exhibition

Imphal, August 18 2025: he Manipur State Kala Akademi (MSKA), Imphal has invited artworks (paintings, sculptures, graphics, etc) from artists of the State for display in the 44th and 45th Annual State Exhibition of Art of the Akademi.

A release issued by Sunanda Thokchom, Secretary, MSKA, informed that the prescribed form for submission of artworks, along with the rules and guidelines for the said exhibitions can be obtained from the office of the Akademi located at Khuman Lampak, Imphal during office hours or downloaded from the Akademi's website - "https://mska.mn.gov.in/".

A total of 50 artworks each will be selected for display in the exhibitions.

Among the artworks selected for display in the 44th Annual State Exhibition of Art, three best artworks (1 painting, 1 sculpture, 1 graphic & other medium) will be selected for MSKA Award for Fine Arts for the year 2023 .

Similarly, another three best artworks will be selected for the MSKA Award for Fine Arts for the year 2024 from the artworks selected for display in the 45th Annual State Exhibition of Art.

The last date for submission of artworks is September 16 .
