Thoubal, May 18 2024: A panel discussion on 'Issues, Challenges and Prospects of Gender and Sexual Minorities in Manipur', was held in the mini conference hall of YK College, Wangjing today.

The panel discussion was jointly organised by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Seminar Committee of YK College.

The panel discussion was presided by YK College Principal Dr Soibam Giri Singh.

The panel members of today's discussion were Kshetrimayum Alexander, Research Scholar of the Department of Dance & Music, Manipur University; Macha Thokchom, Instructor of Make-up and Beauty, JCRE Skill Solution; Apan Moirangthem, Consultant SAATHII (Solidarity and Action Against the HIV Infection in India); N Somorendro, Associate Professor of YK College; James Ningombam, Sumang Kumhei artiste and Dr Narengbam Rajivkumar Singh, Principal IRE Group of Institutions, Wangjing.
