Dr Ksh Kala honoured with Indo Spanish International Award

Imphal, October 06 2024: Dr Kshetrimayum Kala Singh has been honoured with the prestigious Indo Spanish International Award 2024 by the Viyin Foundation, Bangalore.

Titular King and Rajya Sabha MP, Leishemba Sanajaoba handed over the award to Dr Ksh Kala during an Award Presentation cum Felicitation Ceremony held at Manipur Press Club, Imphal on October 4, 2024 .

Dr Ksh Kala Singh was given the award in recognition of his social work, especially in the field of healthcare.

Reportedly, Dr Kshetrimayum Kala has organised over 100 free medical camps in village areas, provided essential commodities to people living in Covid-19 containment zones and assistance to chronically ill patients, the elderly, disabled and conducted free health checkups for conflict survivors at relief camps, among others.

Currently, he is working at Raj Medicity, North AOC and Babina Hospital, Khabeisoi as Senior Consultant for CVTS.

Dr Kshetrimayum Kala has received many other notable awards in the past including Seva Rathna National Award 2022, Corona Warrior Award 2022, Lifetime Achievement Award 2023, best CSI-North East Chapter President Award 2009, Distinguished Service Award 2006, Vijay Rattan Award 2002, Bharat Vikas Award 2001 among others.
