Imphal, August 06 2026:
The Printing and Stationery Directorate, Government of Manipur on Thursday launched "PrintFlow 360", an online digital workflow platform, at its office in Yaiskul.
Speaking at the event, Director Ng Roben said the new platform will not only make departmental work paperless but also ensure timely execution of works.
It will provide real-time updates on printing processes, including the status and stage of each job, thereby bringing greater transparency and accountability, he said.
He added that the system will help monitor which officials are handling specific tasks and where delays occur.
Maintaining digital records will also address many of the difficulties faced in documentation.
While having a good digital system is important, regular monitoring is equally essential, he noted, adding that without it, even the best system will fail.
The platform is expected to reduce challenges faced in manual work and improve overall efficiency.
As part of the event, the Employees Wellness and Preventive Healthcare Partnership Programme, a joint initiative of the Printing and Stationery Directorate and Babina Diagnostics, was also launched to promote staff health through regular checkups and preventive care.
Assistant Director Th Binodkumar, Finance Officer M Nabakumar, and Babina Diagnostics General Manager Kh Shyamchandra also attended the function.
