Chandel, February 06 2025:
The Maha Chief's Association (MACA), Chandel has demanded immediate transfer of K Pawankumar Sharma, Range Forest Officer from Chandel for failing to dispense his official duties.
The Maha Chiefs Association in a release has stated that the said Range Forest Officer hardly turns up to attend his office.
When checked, he turns up hardly for 10/45 days without a single night halt, said MACA.
MACA continued that even though development funds of many villagers under the schemes of Green India Mission (GIM) and CAMPA have been encashed through the said Range Forest Officer, it was found with very poor performances in the field.
"His prolonged absence, sometimes claiming to be on leave or any other pretended acts of absence, has caused many hardships to the poor peoples of this Sub-division, whose livelihood mainly depend on the forest-based activities," said MACA.
Therefore, Maha Chief's Association, Chandel has demanded immediate transfer of K Pawankumar Sharma, from Chandel and to give the people of Chandel a sincere Officer who can cordially work with the people of the district in days to come.
