Imphal, September 01 2026: Shija Hospitals & Research Institute Pvt Ltd, Imphal was represented at the Nursing Summit 2026 held on August 21-22 at Double Tree by Hilton, Bengaluru Airport.

Khaidem Beronika Devi, Assistant Manager-Infection Control & Patient Safety, Shija Hospitals, participated as a panelist in the session "Modem Peripheral IVC: Improving Patient and HCP Experience" held on August 22 .

The two-day summit, organised by B Braun in collaboration with the Infusion Nurses Society (INS), brought together nursing professionals and leaders from across the country to exchange knowledge on nursing practices, leadership, quality improvement, patient safety and healthcare innovation.

Sharing her experience, Beronika said the summit provided a valuable platform to learn from nursing leaders and gain insights into emerging practices, particularly in vascular access, patient safety and infection prevention.

The summit also featured discussions on strengthening nursing leadership, effective communication, use of technology to reduce medication errors and improving patient outcomes.

Her participation reflects Shija Hospitals' continued commitment to professional development and evidencebased nursing practice, a press release said.
