AMSGO appeals for clean and fair examinations

Imphal, February 23 2025: The All Manipur Students Guardians' Organisation has made an urgent appeal to all sections of the society and authorities concerned to conduct Class X and Class XII examinations free and fair.

Persons who disturb the conduct of the examinations and found using unfair means must be given strict punishment under the law, it said in a statement The Board and Council, students, teachers and guardians/parents must take their responsibilities seriously and ensure that the examinations are conducted in a fair and peaceful manner.

Breaking of vehicles on exam duty, damaging school properties, and indulging in use of unfair means undermine the sanctity of the examinations.

Strict actions must be taken up against persons who are found indulging in such activities, said AMSGO.

It further urged all sections of the society and authorities concerned not to impose bandhs or blockades and shut down electricity until the examinations are over.
