Thoubal, January 23 2025: Khangabok AC MLA, Okram Surjakumar today inaugurated "Megaminds Library" (An innovative self study centre for Aspirants) at JCF Building, Thoubal Wangmataba.

The library to be run by Jovial Career Foundation, JCF is designed to facilitate civil service aspirants with various facilities like (high internet, uninterrupted power supply, library, water, etc) .

The inaugural function was attended by Khangabok AC MLA, Okram Surjakumar as chief guest, Jovial Career Foundation, founder member, H Priyokumar as president and SS Career Solution, founder counsellor, Sanjenbam Silomi Devi as guest of honour.

Speaking at the event, MLA Surjakumar lauded the initiative of Jovial Career Foundation Thoubal for setting up such a library in the district which will help in guiding the aspirants to follow the right path and to achieve their goals.

He further highlighted the need to create more such library in the district.
