Speaking to media persons today at Manipur Press Club, Yumnam Tomba, convenor, Ibudhou Thangjing Pana Moirang Sub Division said that the BJP should be held accountable for the arrest of village volunteers from the peripheral regions of the State the Party failed to form Government and subsequently led to the imposition of President's Rule in Manipur.
